Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

U.S. Shipping:
- Prints: $5 shipping (3–7 business days)
- Love Letters: Free shipping (3–7 business days after shipment)

International Shipping:
- Rates calculated at checkout
- Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on location

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

💌 Love Letters Club (Monthly Subscription)

Love Letters are shipped once per month as a curated release.

Here’s how it works:

- If you subscribe on or before the 10th → your letter will be included in that month’s batch and shipped later that month
- If you subscribe after the 10th → your first letter will be shipped the following month

After your letter is shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

This means your first letter may arrive within approximately 5–10 days depending on when you subscribe.

All letters are carefully prepared and sent with intention.
